Ukitake Family estate feeding the carps. ( TAG: Karei )

Ukitake sat at his family estate. He sat out side near a man made lake filled with carps. He sat on both legs under him like the traditonal japanese style. He had small pieces of bread and coral that he was throughing into the Lake for the carps to eat. He was at peace currently. He often enjoyed this time to himself away from his other siblings.

Ukitake walked up behind her. " Beilive me I do , but it will be aliright Im not going anywhere soon and i hope neither are you. " Ukitake said He spoke the truth. He was one of the first Shinigami to graduate the Academy along with Shunshi and Unohana. He saw many friends fall from back then , people he met along the way like Kaien shiba. He still finds friends though rather its Byakuya or Rukai or his new friend Karei. It was also true he hoped she would'nt go anywhere soon.

"I was so scared back then, that moment was extremely trmatic for me. And what's worse is...I didn't do anythign to help her. I was just so frightened all I could think of was to run away. To this day, I hate myself for running and not helping her, if I had she'd still be here..."
She quickly covers her face as the tears finally show, she didn't want Ukitake to see her, not like this anyway.

" Its not your fault , you were younger then , but your still alive which means she is too , she is living on in you , People live on in there friends and family even after death. " Ukitake said as he placed his hand onto her shoulder.

She quickly dries her eyes.
"Thank you Ukitake, that's sweet of you to say. I just don't want it to happen again, I just want to have a normal life, just be happy."

" I know that feeling, and its true what i said." Ukitake told her. He brought his hand down off her shoulder. He stared at her waiting for her to turn around.

She turns to him, wipping tears from her face and smiles softly.
"You're the first person who's ever been this close to me before Sora. I haven't let anyone get close to me for fear of then getting hurt just like she did."
She admits to him, it was true, every single word of it was true.

And this is the same to you , not many people know me , last was Kaien Shiba after he died i kinda just shut down , I talk and still offer advice to people like Rukia or Ichigo. " Ukitake was telling the truth.

"Same for me, I didn't talk much to other students during my early days at the academy. But as you can obviously see that's changed."
She syas a small smile on her face, feeling a lot beter now

Yeah I can tell that. " Ukitake smiled towards her. He was happy he was able to change the conversation fast before things got bad.

She smiles back and turns, seeing that the day was quickly leaving them behind.
"Well, time flies when you're having fun. I'd better be going, it's getting late. I'll see you soon."
She tries to walk back toward where she first came, but her foot slips and she begins falling backwards.

" Ok well I cy... " Ukitake saw she was going to fall in. He didn't really want that. He was to far away to reach out a grab. He quickly used flash step towards Karei and caught her arm. Unluckily the speed of which he arrived made him have little strength in it. She ends up pulling Ukitake into the manmade lake with her.

She falls back, fish scattering every which way to avoid them. After a moment she rubs the back of her head, having hit it slightly in the fall.
"Ow....."

Ukitake as in holding onto her arm ended up falling on top of her. He pays no attention to that fact " You ok? " He asked her after hearing her say oww and rubbing her head.

"I'm fine"
She says, now seeing that he's on top of her and begins blushing.

" Thats good. " Ukitake said with a smile on his face. He noticed she was blushing he got off her quickly. " Oh sorry "

In a blind, embarassed haze as soon as she stands she takes off running. No idea why she was running she just felt she had to run. Quickly she vanishes back in the direction she came from and shunpos out of the area.

Ukitake got up. He wondered what he did wrong. He sighed as he got up and out of the lake. This wasn't the best way to end the day. Why did he fell bad and actually sad now that she was gone. He didn't know. Ukitake figured he would just have to figure that out then. He got up and went inside.
